The Erawan Museum is well known for its giant three-headed elephant art sculpture as exterior. This is the first and biggest hand-carved sculpture in the world. It is considered an important tourist attraction as well as a holy shrine for many believers.
                 
ItineraryThe interior of the museum is divided into three main floors according to the Hindu representation of the universe, which consists of Underworld, Earth, and Heaven. The two lower floors are located inside of the sculpture’s pedestal while the top floor is located in the belly of the elephant. The first floor represents the underworld and contains precious artefacts from the founder, Lek Viriyaphant"s personal collection. These include collections of tea sets, vases, and bowls, from the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. The underworld level also hosts the sculpture of the mythical being, a half Naga-half person, which was modeled after the belief that these beings guarded the precious treasures under the water. The second floor representing the earth or the human world, this level houses three major types of art pieces and precious antiques and arts including Thai ceramics, stained glass, and European potteries. The trip was amazing! Thanks to the company and staff. It was a bit pity that Maya beach was closed for visiting, but we could see it from the boat and attend the other islands. Well be back again for sure.

Hello! Please see my short review. Pick up was on time. Minivan took us from hotel and drove abut 15 to the pier. We met our guide and pay taxes for National Park. Boat was wooden longtail. Not new, but good condition. On the boat was ice box with cold water, life jackets, mask and tube. Fins was not provided, this is not good. Lunch box was simple but delicious, we enjoyed it on the Koh Poda beach, under the palms. Was Fantastic!!! We visit two small islands opposite Chicken Island, and finally to to Railay. There we had free time, what we use to walk inside the area and found great caves and local temple. We had a great time!!! I give 4 starts only because dont have fins!Johann Jupek 2019-04-07 15:49:35
Mr.Bee und seine Crew waren Super,und Unterhaltsam, hatten sogar Glück delfine zu sehen.
Es ist ok gewesen, aber mehr nicht.
Alles wird nur vom Boot aus angesehen.
an den Monkeyislands haben wir gena 2 kleine Äffchen gesehen.
Das Essen war Klasse und sehr Reichaltig, Getränke und Obst den ganzen Tag inklusive.
Für den Preis absolut ok!!Bei uns im Hotel wollen sie für vergleichbare Touren das Dreifache!!
